I can confirm, that Glock 17 holsters can fit in many instances. The Hi-Capa 4.3 is the same length, and both styles have block cut front ends. As long as the holster is not extremely form fitting (like a Kydex holster) for a Glock 17, then it should fit a Hi-Capa 4.3 fairly well.
