As far as I know, something stops the piston from moving fully rearwards until a complete release. And I guess it's inside it, at the back of the piston head.

Time for a new piston head

That should have been changed out as soon the stock marui spring was changed out.

(Marui piston heads have a weights at the back that anchors in the stock spring... It's a really strange design)

I agree with Amos, try it out with another piston head. Let us know what happens.

Alright, I'll buy a new piston head. Anyone know where I can get a good quality one? I'm going to check out 007 airsoft for now.

Airsoftparts.ca!

Probably the best place to get parts in canada, also, in our area, shipping is usually only 10 bucks, and only takes like 2 days

You may want to tighten up the little screw at the bottom of the grip, my was doing that when I replaced my spring. But now it shoots fine after tightening it up a bit.

I actually bought a new verticle M4 grip, Cause I'm pretty sure your right, and that is the problem. But the piston needed to be replaced anyways so I got that as well. But its great when someone else had the same problem so I know my gun will get fixed when it comes

Well I installed the new parts to again... no success. To only bring up the same conclusion. I have even showed it to a gun doc, they are puzzled as well. Maybe this gun is damned for all eternity.

did the gundoc tried another spring / piston ?

and as suggested before maybe try to loosen(a little bit) the motor adjustment screw... being too tight it can jam the gun like this..

Your mechbox could have just finally worn more then it can handle. Could the overly worn bushings or bearings be throwing the gears out of wack and jamming them?

We are going back to gun doc. tomorrow to test a few things. Is there a way I can find out if my motor is working up to par? Cause I am replacing a lot of things inside the mechbox only to come to same conclusion. Maybe it something outside of the mechbox??? The bushings and shims are snug as a rug. Them gears are solid but not too stiff for them to start chipping teeth.
