Can't open the slide!!!

I know exactly which piece you're talking about. It's odd that it's worn....it isn't really forced against anything. It's spring loaded from below and tips up into a groove on the take down cross-pin.

With the slide off, put the take down lever back in and rotate it through it's motion to see what the nub does.

There may be a bit of grit or something hanging up the nub.

That is exactly the part I am talking about. If anyone know the name of it or whit witch module it come's I could order one.

P.S.

I did sand it a little to make the action a little more smoother. I doesn't get stuck anymore but its a little loose now. Almost no more hook on it. I barely feel the clicks. I stays in position at least but I need to change it in a near future for sure.

EDITED.

I found the exact part I need to replace. Its the p-226-53 one. You can see the little pin that locks the semi circular take down pin in place. Mine is broken.


Any idea where I can get that part?
