Cx4 = sexy gun
Rx4 = it's ugly sibling

Man, that's one ugly-ass gun. I didn't even know about it until I saw this post. I had the Cx4 pellet rifle for a while, and it was pretty badass. Looked awesome and felt great. However, seems this one looks like ass in comparison. I'm sure the real steel performs great, as all Beretta guns do, but DAMN it's ugly...

Looks like an F2000 mixed with a fuckn' shotgun of some variety.. possibly a remmington.

Either way, I hate beretta. They made 2 nice guns. That's it. All others are disgustingly deformed abominations.

Is the first picture showing up for everyone? (There's 2), cause it isn't for me right now, maybe because I'm at work.

The pic of the Cx4 doesn't work for me either.

So, just what is 'ugly' about the Rx4 anymore than another rifle?

Ignoring the hype (eg "The Beretta Rx4 Storm is the most advanced semiautomatic rifle ever designed for commercial and law enforcement use."), my biggest concern would be JLS' interpretation of the real steel design and their quality control. The front sight post and trop reciever just scare me after looking at those close pictures.

I guess much like the JLS F2000, if you're super desperate for a gun that nobody else has, and you don't mind it being crap out of the box that you can put some effort into improving, then yee-haw. I guess there's a niche for the airsoft player who wants to do either a GRAW2-look or a (future) PMC-look?

im thinkin about gettin one of these if i can get the money for it. i like that its different and streamlined the way it is but its too bad jls makes it. if it was gonna be made by a clone company it woulda been better if a better quality clone company like cyma, d-boys, or, jg would have put it out instead. if i ever get one id probly stick some better internals in it if i have any spare stuff left. any idea what its running on? a v2 or v3?

and didnt jls tank? theyre not in business anymore i dont think, so this had to be one of their very last aegs

i first saw the cx4 storm on evike.

-The only problem on this AEG is that it mis-feeds on full-auto. Shoots perfect on semi-automatic, can be used as a great sniper. On full auto the gearbox seem to spin too fast so it skips bb sometimes. But because the internal parts are compatible parts, it is not an issue for people with some gearbox knowledge. After all, it is under $200 and full metal with battery, charger and hi-cap magaizne.
which could probly be fixed by using a lower volt battery or something else like that to slow it down

i like every part of it from the magwell to the end of the barrel. everything behind that is like wtf? it would have looked at least a little bit better if there wasnt the gap between the trigger guard and magwell. they should have merged that area because it looks a little awkward. and then when the stock is pulled out that part looks ugly too

yea i did look at the date. when i did the search for it it was the only thread that really said "jls cx4 storm".
i was also thinking that since its body is mostly plastic classic army could put out a pretty nice one of them

As much as I hate the stock and the open sights on the RX4, I've gotta say I'd chose it over this experimental Kalashnikov:

Considering it my only option for an italian rifle, I would take one.
