Hmm you mean the AA battery elite 1700 cells on that page?
AA batteries for airsoft gun is bad idea.

What gun is the batteries for? I think Colt M4A1?

yeah its for a colt M4A1 but if you look those elite cells go into the nunchuck just above it making up the 9.6v battery does it not?

yeah I see it 9.6v. I don't have your gun, but my gun G36 I can use 8.4 or 9.6v. Anyhow more importantly is the AA batteries. The larger diamerter the battery the better for torque to drive the spring. So for example the 2/3 would be better than AA batteries.

The GOOD batteries in a nun-chuck pack are supposed to be 4/5AF cells. They have a larger OD than AA batteries, and still about the same lenght. The OD difference makes them usable because they can deliver 10 times their rated capacity, so 1700mAh would be 17A.

AA batteries (very good ones, like GP or Intellect) can only deliver up to 6 times their capaciy. Again 1700mAh would be 10.2A.

Any stock AEG should drain about 20A at startup. This means that the AA batteries are almost twice under what is required by the gun.

AF sized cells are better, but if you have the space, the best is Sub-C cells.

Anyways. In your case, you can get some nun-chuck shaped battery, 9.6v and 2000mAh in 4/5AF cells. That will be better than what you shown so far.

You can get the battery from bbbastard.com. They have the batteries and charger at the same place. Plus, you can stock on bbs at the same time.

Um....no....
Due to Faraday's Law, the more current in a loop the more force is applied to a load, i.e. the motor shaft. Current determines the torque, batteries supplying more current will turn stiffer springs.

Kos-Mos is correct but for a different reason, simply because in general SC or 4/5AF have the capability for higher currents. A 4000mAh AA cell can still supply more current than say a 1500mAh SC.

I would also agree to go to BBBastard, their products are all of very good quality, try a few bags of BBs while you're at it. I like the .25g for my 320fps MP5 and I know some people like using .28g even with stock internals.

EDIT: My mistake, Faraday's Law not Ampere's

how many volts battery btw?
I have this charger. It's a nice, inexpensive charger that works well and keeps my batteries safe while charging.
