I really got a lots of work on the M4

First, the barrel. I just change a new TM barrel to fix my M209, the old one is a little unstable, so my M209 is alway moving from left to right and right to left all the time.

Second, my feeding problem with the magazine. it does't boot the bullet to get inside and everytime I have to hold the magazine to boot the bullet otherwise, it will stuck and doesn't continue the round, so I have disassemble it and reassemble again to fix that problem, but I'm not sure I assemble it right or not cos now I'm waiting for my new charger to charge my battery and test fire. I will let you guy know if it's working . . I'm sorry, my English is really bad.

The misaligned barrel is more than likely the cause of your misfeeds. It's either the barrel is threaded onto the body incorrectly, of the collar on the body is bent downwards. If the first is the problem, then it's just a matter of removing the barrel and reinstalling it. If it's the second, then you basically need a new body.

No, I just replace a new TM barrel, I found out the problem why my grenade luncher is unstable, the reason is about the handguard. I got a new TM barrel and a handguard that is design to put the grenade luncher. It fix very well with M203 and it stick to the barrel like you clue it. Hope it help you.

That's 100% EXACTLY what I have, minus the Aimpoint. I love it, but the Aimpoint may be a bit too high-tech for it IMO.
