i think that the Tanaka Kar98k is relatively rare. i have yet to see one in person.

There are at least three or so floating around the Ont WWII AS community, but they are very nice, and very effective.

I used to have the Garand and it is really beautifully made, but not practical to field due to the magazine ejection system.
