I've owned an MK23, a 1911, a Beretta 92F, and both the Glock 18 AEP and TM 17 GBB. I've owned Safariland 6004s for all of them. They've always fit fine.

So I read your post as carefully as I needed to. If you're looking for solid advice, I'd suggest you take the feedback when you can get it, and abandon comments that take away from your credibility.
Sorry maybe my question was not that clear will the KSC usp fit in the 6004 usp40 or usp45 holster. Sorry for any confusion

And the answer is no. One is for the .40 and the other is for the .45. Safariland hosters are molded to each individual weapon.

There is a Safariland model available which supports the taclight option on the 45. It has been listed above.

One thing I found with Safariland and a KSC G19 is fit. The KSC is slightly wider than the real Glock, and there is no adjustment for that on the 6004. I used a heat gun to soften the ABS of the 6004, installed the KSC, then put it in the freezer for a while to set the plastic. Now it fits the KSC just about right, but it's still a little snug. In it's stock form, you could only get the G19 in about 2 inches, and it was a tight fit at that.

It's funny. I have 2 SERPAs, one drop leg and one belt mounted. The G19 fits the belt mounted one like a dream, but the drop leg is incredibly tight. Now, both SERPAs are for Glock 17/22, and I bought them for my 22, but figured I could use them for airsoft as well. The Safariland is made for a Glock 19 w/M3, and the M3 portion fits fine. I think it was the overall width of the slide that caused the poor fit.

If the SERPA is made for a Glock 17, it will fit a Glock 17.

I have a TM g17 and a 6004 and find the fit is way too snug. Anyone else have this issue?

Found a thread on Arnies (I think) a while ago stating that the lower frame on the g17 is a little larger than the RS, and highlighted the areas to file down for a proper fit. Either that or I'll have to grab one of the guarder lower frames, which I think is the right size.

Not a tension screw issue at all. I'll see if I can find the article.

If you have a heat gun, you can fix it up in about 5 minutes. My 6004 was way too tight for a KSC G19 (stock). Loosening the tension screws does nothing, as it's a slide width problem.

Remove the holster from the platform, and apply heat with a heat gun to the area where the slide would normally rest until the ABS softens up. Then, stick the gun in the holster and stick it in your freezer until it hardens up. Then put it back on the platfrom and you should be good to go.
