KSC Glock 18/23 plus metal slide warning/help request

hello i bought a glock 26 hfc and the when i fire 2 or 3 shots then it stops i have to take out the clip and force the spring to go up to push the bbs up.
i droped some sylicone oil but the same thing happens.
what can i do to fix ? i store the glock in a safe in the garage could it be the cold affecting it?
also where can i get more magazines for a good price?
