I think this is the same, Has same serial too.
"More news from China, and announcement of second Chinese GBB today. One of the Chinese manufacturers is working on the clone of Marui Glock 17. From the pictures (of the prototype, no less) it looks like a decent copy, it appears that it comes with the metal slide, weight is 738g. It is possible that it will be available in two versions, with and without markings. Stay tuned for future updates, with thanks to YuI."

I am hoping Huang has a Canadian importer. Else at retailer these will be sold for closer to $200+imo.
