Go to a Flee market... There's a lot of old promotional Yamaha or Budweiser shirt in strange camo pattern. 3 for 5$ Grap a nice redneck fishing camo cap with a "Bass or bust" on it. $2 On MPN, a guy just use a marker to do some digital pattern on a pair of "Yo" pants $1 and a lot of spare time.

You see, I didn't bust a $10 budget!

Alternatively, you could play naked and covered in camo paint. Or lead based house paint.

A buddy of mine cut a couple of towels of different shades of green into strips and taped them all onto a hat as a quick last minute fix for a ghillie suit.

He looked like a moron, but points for trying I suppose?

I suppose you could buy a camo coloured T shirt, I saw one on those carts they have at the mall that sell cheap shirts. It was like 6 bucks. As for pants, No clue.

But a set of camo doesnt cost alot of money. The cheapest BDUs I ever got were desert 3 colour and for pants, jacket and hat it was only 55 dollars. Not bad surplus. Couple of washes got the musty smell out just fine. Also, good foot wear is key, dont cheap out there. Good ankle support is a must, but well I wont dig to deep into that, it was covered a short while ago in another post that went alittle crazy.

Jesus wept... Just buy an old pair of OG Combats from a surplus store and roll in the mud.

They even have two M16-magazine sized chest pockets.

Job done.
