I was under the impression it went

A1 Full Auto

A2 3rnd, detachable carry handle

A3 Full auto, detachable carry handle

A4 3rnd, detachable carry handle, R.A.S

but the grip is different too right?
m15 is round and long
m16 look like some weird triangular
and the m4 is like a round but not same dimension at the muzzle and the end...

I'm my right?

No. The triangular foregrip is ONLY on the M16A1 and VN models.

the A1, A2, etc, are updated models. A1 would be the first, A4 being the final.

Armalites don't have a "final stage". The Hk 416 would be like the A6 or something.

What bothers be about the AR series is that in no version has the operating system been looked after. Really disgusting.

I meant final in the last on made, not exactly saying there done updating for good. I guess i worded it wrong. And theres a few threads about the sub standard gas system (depending on environment), personally i find to be unacceptable, but people who use them in Iraq i guess is there call. Well to complain to brass anyways and see what comes of it.
