As for parents, as I said earlier, many age verifiers will not verify a parent if they themselves are not regular players, or if they feel that the parent is just going to buy for their kid.
Verifiers are not obligated to verify anyone they dont want to. If we get a bad vibe, your screwed. There is alot more to getting verified then just your age.
Oh, and if at anytime the age verifiers feel the user is abusing their verified status, it can be easily revoked.
