it makes me sad when your right da.... way to rain on my parade.... still, they are acceptable for use on all airsoft fields. just depends if your playing assholes who have jacked up and hot guns wether your safe or not.

Out of stock for now, but great price! When we got ours, we got a team discount and paid about $100 each for them after taxes. This would be your best bet at a good price. As Droc mentioned, you can go to R. Nichols in Ottawa or Toronto, but they will cost you around $110 or so.

My info, the 800s are kick ass, they are comfortable (I have sensitive skin on my face, mainly my cheeks either side of my nose, and I can wear the Bolle's for hours on end without much discomfort at all. Rarely do they fog, mostly I just get sweat running down the lense and pretty much only when super hot & humid and with a brim over top. Of the three dozen games or so I've played since I got my 800s, I can think of maybe 3-4 occasions I had the sweat issue, and that was only for 5-10mins if that each time. I use anti-fog, cheap stuff from CT, it works just fine for me.

I just picked up the ESS I.C.E. 2.4 ballistic glasses (not goggles). They look really sharp (even on my melon head) and they wrap around your face, giving you decent eye protection from the sides. I lash mine on pretty tight, so it's pretty snug against my face and brow, without a lot of space between my face and the glasses. $55 Canadian from Wheelers. (It came to $63.25 after tax, and I picked them up from the store, but shipping within Canada is less than $9.)

A lot of fields won't let you use 'em (so I hear) because they don't seal to your face or they aren't 'paintball approved'.

But I'll let you know how they work for me.

I've been considering the ICE ESS Ballistic glasses so any comment on them would be appreciated!

Jeroon at Army Issue has a bunch of old T800 frames. Replacement lenses are availalbe on eBay for $10-$15.

Like my teammate said previously, get a cheap pair of pball goggles for those times you need to play at a regular pball field. For all other fields, the $15 AOS safety glasses are more than sufficient, do NOT fog, and you won't be pissed when they get destroyed from being stepped on, crushed in your kit bag, eaten by bug repellent, lost or scratched all to fuck.

I have about 4 pairs, one of which is the fancy polarized irridium lense version - even those only cost my $35.
