Roughly from what I recall, maybe 2-3ft groups at 90ft with the 0.29g, vs lots of misses and maybe 4ft groups with the 0.25g? Been forever since I did this, I should try it again, same conditions. What I did was tape 6 sheets of printer paper on a large cardboard box, and paced it out at 90ft (heel to toe of my 12" boots), shot at the center and took pics.

No problem. My spending so much time trying to sort out the ballistics of my sniper rifle over the years has given me a lot of experience with heavier BBs, etc. and so I have done lots of testing of different weights in different guns to see what works best in what. My madness for using 0.30g BBs stemmed from my shooting at a teammate at one point, thought my hop up was set right for the 0.25g BBs I was using at the time, and all my rounds overhopped on the way to him............ his did too, and we weren't much farther than 40ft apart. So I swore to use heavier rounds from now on, and have gotten great long range kills and excellent penetration using 0.30 and 0.36g BBs in my Glock.
