Smile Hey look, more crap!

I thought I'd try making some P90 pouches and finally came up with some designs. Unfortunately, my friend's digital camera was having some digital issues and we only got one out of about four pics.

I was really happy to see it work out with the P90 mag when we put it in for the first time and the elastic hugged the pouch to the mag pretty well and offered no room for it to rattle around and taking it out of the pouch was a breeze. I thought I'd see how it would turn out if instead of putting a grommet in it at the bottom of the pouch, I left the sides of the pouch open at the bottom and it actually made it easy to access the bottom of the flap so I could remove it.

Very Happy

I am the proud owner of 2 of Chubby's drop leg panels... and as of last night a double P90 mag pouch..

The quality of the work is very good.. attention to detail excellent.. fit and finish , exactly what you would expect from custom made to order work.

Folks... this guy is an up and comer in the custom gear design and production world... And his prices are great.

I ordered more stuff last night... I like my kit to be as close to "one of" as possible... and Chubby is the guy..

Great to work with too... if you have a idea.. he will work with you to make it real.

Demand is going to rise for his work... and so will his prices..so order now and order often.

Nice work - that's some impressive stuff! You should keep going with your idea to do this commercially.

Jarooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnn!

Hey :-D

Yeah I'm feeling better now. The stitches came out a week ago and there's only a hint of soreness and discomfort in my throat. The first two weeks in May are going to progressively suck because I have to go off my medication before the radiation treatment, but that's the last step and then it's back to picking up with the rest of my life.

As for what that is, it's a triple pistol mag drop leg subload that I did for someone. I'm just hoping that it fits his mags alright when he gets it

Hey thanks man.

I'm hoping to go mainstream, but it's a really funny balancing act that I've noticed. Right now I need my job to afford materials and accessories, but yet I don't need the job to give me the time to keep making stuff.

It's frustrating when you want to take big steps, but you're forced to take baby steps

Holy f@ck I think I'm back

Howdy

Yeah things have been really crazy busy for me what with packing up the entire contents of my room, into my car and moving 3200 kms accross Canada, new job and a bunch of medical hurdles. I've finally been able to sink some cash into setting up a work shop here and aside from time issues, I've finally been able to pick up where I left off.

(I'm at least 4 months behind on work that I've promised people I'd get done))

But anyways, I want to start going mainstream and I'm putting together a bunch of gear prototypes because I want to find some retailers here and have a line of gear that's all the same design; so I was wondering if I could get some feedback from people on this peice of gear:

It's a triple mag MP5/UMP drop leg subload that's currently a WIP, but all I have left is to put the flaps on (they're detachable and adjustable, based on magazine length) and finish off the webbing. Instead of going with grommets, I made the pouches vented which also helps in securing the flaps to the velcro inside of the pouch because you can stick your finger in through the bottom.
