"IF" i have buy this items in Germany german seller have stealing kit from CF soldiers or not?

If i have buy this items from one CF soldier that is cameback from Astan I and seller are stealing too?

I think that the real problem is that I (italian) have and can find this items when you and more other canadian user no.

P.S. in your AR list you forget rain trousers

For example, if a Canadian solder sold you his AR CADPAT after coming back from a tour, he would get in trouble for that, etc since all that kit has to be returned within 30 days of arriving back in Canada.

If a German person has CADPAT, chances are he/she got stolen property from Canadian Clothing Stores there.

It doesn't matter where you are from, you are still in possesion of stolen kit.

No Civilians are to be in posession of any CADPAT clothing, ICE, tac vest, etc.

Yea, it is illegal for civvies to own issue CADPAT thats whats been said many times in this thread. No one said it wasn't legal to own repro CADPAT uniforms or civvie made LBE, etc in CADPAT.

imo, no matter what laws were, if its issued only military personnel should have it. unless youre trying to re-enact or something (milsisms dont count) its the same case with badges, that people were talking about awhile ago.
