What's with all these people testing their guns on themselves?

keyboard is a crazy mofo...
i use a thin lightweight balaclava.. works great.. but if you are outdoors i suggest getting an OD or TAN balaclava to reduce heat absorbstioni from the sun on your head =)

Or just suck it up and take a face shot once in a while... It's not going to kill you and you won't look like a tool on the field.

Try Under Armour, they make both, a cold and hot weather balaclava. Plus they make alot of other great stuff too.

Dang...if someone has a 550 fps gun on a field I'm at I'll call the cops. Isn't anything over 495 considered a firearm?
Go with the nomex belaclava (hatch one fits funny, try a different maker) and a sansei mask from jugglez. No fog and head covered, I have REALLY long hair and a beard so head heat is always an issue, even a hat makes me overheat. |

Yeah. Try what they said or a cybergun mesh mask. If you don't like the mask you can remove it, but it is quite comfy and won't require new corneas. And BC_K, it is common sense not to hit the head, but who has common sense these days? I live in central Pennsylvania yet I post here.

some one mentioned using a stainless steel painted mesh cover instead of a lense, i was curious how that affects your visability, if at all. i only ask because i have worn fencing masks and found them to darken things a fair bit, but am very curious about a visor that wont fog up at all.
also to the guy posting about being worried about a face shot, i was like that the first time i played and used a paintballmask and just hatedwearing the thing. i got shot on the top of the head(the only part of my sticking out of cover) at about 4-6meters with an upgraded TM M4 and it just felt like someone whacked me on the head with a pen, it stung, but there was n o welt or bruise. after that i picked up a pair of bolle tactical and am gonna use them in my next game instead. |
