Dont know for the banshee but you can get an idea of the " sizing " with the plate size that the vest can get...

If you want a tall vest look for something with 4 rows of molle on the chest like the blackhawk carrier
Vests that have 3 rows are for my height at 5'7"

That's because CIRAS is a full wrap vest. It's designed to have a ballistic soft armor wrap around the entire torso.
CIRAS' ideas can be found in The Interceptor vest (IBA aka OTV), US Army's IOTV, US Marine's MTV.
The current idea of armor vest is only protect you from the single fatal shot injury (ie protects the lungs and heart) everything else is left out for sake of mobility.
You'll see a lot of people running the plate carrier where the bottom of the vest stop before their belly button.

Avoid Pantac, it's replica. Well made, but over-priced. Do you want light weight/fast attack, or lots of real estate/fully armored? What type of games are you playing with it? And what's your budget?

Appreciate the help. Feel like it's 2010 all over again with the rookie questions.

I'm looking for something fast. I found with the Tyr chest rig I had I would have one hand holding the rig in place as it was bouncing around everywhere while I was running, especially when it was unbalanced with 2 kilos of water on the back of the rig, and plastic airsoft mags on the front. The ideal is for the vest to be snug and balanced.

The only pouches I use are 2x Triple 417 pouches, a hydration carrier, radio pouch, and preferably a dump pouch off the left side of the vest (Getting tired of the belt mounted dump pouch).

I mostly play 8 hour minisims every weekend. Budget is (ideally) under $200.

Light weight, well made.

Crye JPC, Mayflower, etc. Both available in Canada. There's also the High Ground PC, etc. The JPC weighs less than one pound, and the high ground is about 2. They are over $200 though. Check out high speed gear and stuff as well. Fast attack rigs are designed to protect only your vital organs, so they appear smaller, but are really the size you need. Many have cummerbund options as well, so you can maximize real estate.

Whats your chest size? This is required for sizing.
I am a 190 / 108 (6'2" x 42" chest)
You may have a bigger chest.

Debrief, as you know, plate carriers are designed to carry plates and thus are designed to be "snug". This is to assist the plate carrying chassis if it takes a "bang" (think high velocity) Having your plate carrier sized correctly is important for comfort and for allowing the plate carrier to do its job correctly.

Now, that said, none of that really matters for airsoft.
Have you worn a PC before? Wearing them with a lot of weight on (lots of pouches filled up) hurts the back and the shoulders.
Why do you need more space for "pouches" ? What do you intend to carry that you are currently not carrying and would like to?
You will see here on ASC and anywhere else airsoft related you look that people festoon themselves with pouches.

The question is why?
Because the military do ? Mission specific... Life can depend on your kit.
Because you have "MOLLE fever"? "I just must fill that spot with a pouch"
Because it looks cool? ... Fuckin Rights Sonny... you sure do

Look.. more pouches = more weight. More weight = more fatigue. More fatigue = possible injuries as you are too knackered to move.
You will also find that you present a larger target (Width to height profile) You will have more difficulty in moving through doorways.

Now I have played the devils advocate I will say this.. I am an ex user of PC / Body armor from the military and I, personally, like what a PC can offer over typical PLCE webbing or vests with molle on them.
I like the modular and integration aspects of having my fighting kit on me along with my plates.
Utilise the PC for what it is... a platform to build a rig to the soldiers requirements for a specific tasking.

Do not overlook the bad points... more weight higher on the body = more shoulder and back fatigue versus belt kit options.
The temptation to fill it with shit if you see an area that doesnt have a pouch.
The inability to get very close to the ground if necessary because everything is on your chest.

for $200 you can get a 5.11 plate carrier from here in Edmonton at MilArm. Good bits of kit aswell.
Also available on eBay are Mkiv Ospreys I have one and they are good.
