I've seen many people with goggles, fan or not, still have issues with their glasses fogging.
Make sure you apply anti-fog to BOTH sides of your glasses AND the inside of your goggles.
Dish soap is cheap and works very well, rub the liquid on, let it dry, then wipe it off.

MrMoo, another thing to consider. If you are looking at getting only one set of eyepro at the moment, first look at the fields in your surroundings. Paintball fields have a tendency of not allowing anything but paintball goggles. Airsoft only fields allow most types of eyepro. So, if you have lets say 5 fields around and 3 of them are paintball with "pball approved only goggles" policy than maybe it's a good idea to get good set of pball goggles instead of tactical stuff. Decent pball goggles are actually pretty good. Might not be as comfortable and low profile as some tactical stuff but offer anti fog coating on lenses and do the job.

Gotcha. I've done a lot of digging around, and unfortunately, there are a ton of conflicting reports everywhere. A lot of people say that Arena FlakJak goggles fit nicely over glasses and have good ventilation. Other people say that they fog too easily, and to get Revision goggles instead. Sadly, nobody can decide if Revision goggles will fit over glasses, so, they just say to get Rx lenses, which I don't really have the money for. They do have a fan in them, though, which would be nice...

When it comes to fogging issues it's all personal from my experience. I don't wear glasses but I get a lot of sweat in my eyepro during hot days. JT Flex-7 pball goggles never gave me trouble but other people complain about fogging. Antifog or no antifog. Same thing goes to some tactical style goggles. Some people are good with them but I tried a bunch and most of them gave me trouble. Bolle x800, Hatch and so on. Finally I tried $15 set of Go Specs II from BB Bastard and they work just fine...

JT Spectras are great for glasses as they are quite large.

I just moulded my metal mesh lower mask. Now it sits directly on my cheek. Works good and doesn't get in the way much. I also raised my sight a tad bit. The metal mesh half masks aren't hard to bend and adjust to give you a tight fit.

You can also look into a thick neoprene half masks. They sit tight against your face and if you look hard enough you can find fairly thick ones. The problem with that is they get super hot.

you have to remember when reading reviews that nobody says the size of their glasses... frames are not all the same size, and some goggles do not fit over everything. My new revision locusts barely fit over my glasses, but if I had smaller ones they'd fit without issue.

That's a good point. Ideally, I guess, I'll find somewhere that actually carries goggles so I can try various ones on. Seems like that's the only way to be sure.

the dye i3 googles fit almost any size of glass.

or if you want a cheap altenative, Stanley V-maxx working googles can do the job, but you have to drill some hole (smaller than bbs) in it to prevent fogging issues, i tested the protective lens with my sniper rifle (450fps with 0.20g bbs) at 1feet, they did'nt cracked or anything

Hmm, those look like they could work well. Are the Dye i3s good about fogging? I keep seeing these companies advertising that they have "Thermal Lenses", whatever that means. Does that actually make a difference?

normally they dont fog, but if the humidity is very high they will fog (happened once, playing in the wood after a rainy night/morning)

i tested those mesh google last week, they fit over glasses but they are very tight, i had to bend the grill a little to make some room (my glasses are wide) i cutted some rubber on both inner side to get some space for the glass branches


they are very very cheap (11$ from ebay shipped to my door) and they working fine, confort is ok

revision do not fit over glasses, maybe a pair of those small granny glasses, but doubtful. I have not tried all the revision types, but they seem to get smaller and tighter as they add new types.

I think Bolle have some that do though just be careful you get the real ones and not the knockoffs
