if i change all wire wath is the best wire gauge 16 or 14 ?

14 gauge because of lower resistance but make sure that it will actually fit inside the shell, it *might* be a tad too thick. IIRC standard wiring is either 18 or 16AWG.

i see the spec of the gearbox torque an is mention the wire are low resistance, can be the problem ? i use a 7,4 lipo an the motor is a high speed ?


if i change the wire , the switch an take a torque motor can result the problem ?

IN my opinion, you need to look at your trigger mechanism, Most triggers when pulled have a copper "wedge" that moves forward and touches two copper "fingers" or tabs and completes the circuit. Nothing should look black or burnt. The two copper tabs may need to be bent a little. Also check to ensure the metal post on the mechbox that the trigger uses has not snapped off.
