To OP:
Can you bump up your budget a little, to say around $200? That would open up a few more options. If you don't already have quality eye protection, a set of JT thermal paintball goggles could be a good start. They satisfy the eyepro requirements for pretty much any airsoft field, including those that require full paintball masks. You can also easily remove the lower mask portion (if you so desire) for fields that don't require full face protection (if you're just starting out, I'd suggest leaving it on though). They run around $75, taxes in, or sometimes less. Spend at least another $75-$100 on quality footwear with good support. For clothing, all that is needed to get you started for a few games is something in subdued colours, that covers most of the skin (long-sleeved shirt, etc.). See what others are wearing at your field, and see which camo patterns seem to blend in/work well for the terrain you're playing on - then invest in it later.
Don't make the mistake of getting caught up in trying to look cool when you first start out, spending all your money on all kinds of tactical gear, etc., while cheaping out on safety gear (eye pro and footwear). All that will do for you is ensure that you look awesome while hobbling back to the safe area on a sprained ankle, nursing a bleeding eye. Not worth it. If you really need a rig of some sort, check out used listings in your area, attend some games and see if anyone's selling their old gear - there's a chance you may be able to get a basic, useable set up for $30 or so to start you off. Perhaps let us know what kind of rifle you are running, as it would help narrow down the options for mag storage, etc.
Hope this helps. Otherwise, ditto to what everyone above has already said.
