Hitting the gym's always nice...

Also... during the down times you don't have to be holding/slinging your weapon all the time. Try putting it down or something. Last game I was pretty fatigued with my M4 as well, but then again I had a bum wrist... but I guess you just gotta get used to it.

Same boat as you, I have a bipod too though. It's soooooooo sexy, but I'm looking to sell it.

My metal SR16 is a beast too when fully loaded.. you get use to it as well ,but also, keep in mind of what accessories to attach for the tactical situation that calls for it..

I'm used to lugging my 20lbs of webbing, my 14lb M24 and my ~10lb MP5 around all the time (AT the same time). A sling really helps, but a 1" wide 3 point still cuts into the shoulder muscle a fair bit. You'd want to spread the wieght out more, such as make a 2" wide padded section in it where it sits on your shoulder. I also found that adding a vertical front grip to my MP5 helps with relieving some of the aches I'd get from carrying it ready, but not in shooting position. My right wrist would be sore as anything end of the day from supporting the gun, but the vertical grip has greatly helped carrying it in this manner and taken some of the wieght off my right hand.

Yeah, I have it on a sling and it hurts my neck.
LOL Once I finished upgrading my full metal M60 Long I'll let you carry it around for a round and then your gun will feel like a feather after that

hrm back in the day when i had the Full metal M16, i didnt have much trouble lugging it around during gameplay but after the game i was tired all over, but i soon got used to it untill i sold it! *doh* haha

anyway these were the specs
TM M16A2 Based
G&G M5 RAS unit
DTP Metal body
CA carry handle
8.4v 2400mah battery
(whole bunch of internal upgrades done by illusion)

also had a G&P QD Full metal M203 on it just for looks but i never took it out on the field with the gun because i didnt have a shell for it =P

anyway, carrying that gun was great. great workout. im only 5'6 and its pretty damn long haha. *i did not use a sling!* well i had one but i didnt use it, i just carried my baby from the handle or over my shoulder =)

v82slo, keep playing more.. just like a gym routine your body will get used to the playing conditions.
