That part would definitely be the cause of your sear problems.
Pop out the rear pin (part #86) and the hammer assembly should mostly come out. Be careful of part 81 and spring 82 because those will tend to fly into oblivion once free of the frame. Do it in a bag or something. Some other springs may fly loose at this time: spring 64 and 68. You may also need to completely remove the trigger group in order to have easier access to the hammer assembly. Pin 59 needs to be removed, as does screw 50 and the takedown lever #51 to release the trigger assembly. It'll be much easier to work with once you have all that out. |

Is there anything special you have to do to get out the pin (part 86) ?
Because no matter how hard I push it wont come out!
