I have it there are cooldowns, don't be fooled. And some parts are completly specific... which is why I modified the internal and don't recommand using VFC mags. Plus for really big custom it's not suited.
If I consider the quality/price ratio, a G&P WOC standard M4A1 with bomber mags is the best you can get. And the real steel dimensions on barrel nut and stock make the custom possibilty literraly limitless... I have to verify it but it seems you can adapt real steel uppers easily too (hellooooo VIS-1)

That's why I'm selling the VFC to get a G&P and make my big ccustom

I think they are the most common ones you see is because of its price point. $450 starting is pretty cheap compared to the other GBBR's, but that was a turn off for me. So I ended up grabbing a G&P WOC instead.

+1

And the WE mech has a bad habit of twisted/broken nozzle rod.

You can fit RS parts on a WE not sure about upper receiver but surely everything else such as the stock and ris/ras.

The choice of uppers is nice, but the KJW can take aeg front ends and grips, with no to minor fabrication and there are many running with over 6000 rounds stock besides the cradle piston head. As well as mags that don't leak, if you can find them

The internal comes in are all scatched up, not just one person, but multiple cases.

Cooldown effect is only reduce because they used a lighter bolt carrier (I can do the same by using a lightweight one on WA. The efficiency for a <80g complete carrier can do 2 mag dump relatively easily) However, the bolt carrier is relatively weak, and thirdparty will require mod to fit.

The engraving down by VFC is poor compared to KA and G&P ones.
Did I mention the magazine is poor quality and that you need to mod WA mags to make it work on VFC?

G&P is slightly shorter than RS spec, go see the BS ATF post up saying how they converted a JG M4 (has the same spec as G&P and WA for receiver) to fire a .223REM. The result was pretty ghetto....using a rod to replace pivot pin because the JG lower is slightly shorter.

SEE ATF's BS on converting A WA spec GBBR into firing bullets (It has to be noted, it's probably safer if you build your own lower receiver from wood as a guy did in the states
