I don't wear CADPAT, but Whoop de fucking do. Just don't parade around in it or claim to be CF and who is gonna care?

They should not be able to obtain it though. Pretty sure export of it from Canada is a bigger no no then selling it.
big thing with that is, ESPECIALLY with the war, combatants wearing our uniforms to get closer to us.

Selling of Issued CADPAT is strictly illegal as it was obtained via non official channels, more then likely. The reason being is that CADPAT is not surplus-able, it is shredded and burned when no longer serviceable.
