Well most will bag on the high caps but it really just depends on the type of game you are playing. Having a high cap in your mag collection is a good idea and if you get a quality one you should be ok with Jams.

personnally, their is the fact that is too noisy..like the other guy said : maracas ! so annoying when you want to sneak without doing noise. Mid caps are enough, often 120rounds per mags.

What's annoying is fucking noobs running around hosing and tickling at the same time and then doing their gay baseball slides to take cover and tickle some more.

Hello all,
I'm a newbie, I am eager to play. Excuse my inexperience, I just bought a CYMA Al Capone tommy gun with a drum mag that can take up to 400 rounds. I assume 400 BBs is considered high cap? And therefore may be more prone to jamming? According to the majority of contributors of this thread. Should I be worried? |

At my local field we play mostly "team death match" type games ( 15 on 15 usually the max but we have had more guys come out). So you play a few games then everyone needs to run back and reload, this then starts the conversations going and next thing you know 30 or 40 minutes have gone by. So for these types of games having 1 high cap is not all that bad so the game keeps going or if you do need to reload its easy and fast and back to the game.

Avoid Hi-Caps due to jamming?
Quote:
Personally, I can easily carry 1800 rounds in mid caps for skirmish days. Do I? Sometimes but most times I keep it under 1000 including the 300 rounds in buddy mags, mounted on the back of my rig, that I don't use. One thing I find with high cap users is that they shoot too much. Whether random stuff or walking their BB's. Learning to aim and maintaining some trigger discipline would be a way to not need to blow through highcap mags. |

But is it not the duty of the high cap guns to overshoot for cover fire?

How exactly does a mofo jam? Like saying "that hurt like a sesame seed."
Hi-Caps? Who doesn't like Hollywood Mags???? I want realcaps, but am poor, so I stick to having one Hi-Cap I fill it maybe twice per day event and scratch it pretty much after 30-35 rounds cuz you gotta. In my opinion, it takes longer to wind a Hi-Cap than it does to replace a realcap giving mag winders a slight disadvantage. Also, my mag pouches have no mags in them Just a camera, barrel condom, smokes, lighter, and a picture of DanOfTheDead's mom. (I know you're trolling XD)

Well yeah but its not trolling if you don't post on everything! its just chairsofting HARD!!! And while we're on the subject of my mom..... She told my sister you're hung like a gerbil. Back to the topic. Hi-caps = BOOO! I'm a fan of mid caps 1. if you want real cap only load them so much 2. they feed the same as realcaps. 3. you don't have to wind them 4. you feel like a real man shouting Reloading while taking cover from enemy fire.... even if it is plastic bb's and finally 5. you don't have to wind them.... I know I already said that well that just stresses how important that is to me. |

The problem with some noobs is that they wind as they shoot giving them an unrealistic ammo advantage. If they removed their mags, put them back, wound them then shoot, I wouldn't have an issue with it. The guys who shoot, take cover, wind then proceed to shoot again. I don't have issue with. |
