You have a verifier close to you. PM Forever_Kaos and you should be good to go. Or hop on the greyhound to the GTA where there are verifiers aplenty.

Go with a Tokyo Marui and don't do any upgrades on it until you've played a few games. If you start playing with the internals you can screw the gun up and you won't even get to play.

I suggest you get AV'ed first and then decide. Getting access to the classifieds will open a world full of goodies (as it seems ). You'll get a better idea of whats available on the ''market''. Atleast, that's what I'll be doing.

LOL....my Gawd. How many people does it take to translate "tbb" for this poor guy?? Anyways, the correct term for a tight bore barrel is "TN" - for tight/narrow, which it has been for the last 3 decades. If we start assigning our own terms and definitions to various items that already have them, everyone would need a translator to interpret the different acronyms from player to player.
So if you don't know the correct acronyms, please type out the all the words rather than creating a whole world of confusion, especially for the new players.

LOL...thank you.

I hope $400 isn't your entire budget. You'll need at least another $150 for goggles and boots (yes, you NEED a good pair of boots). As well as batteries, a charger, BDU's, etc. The batteries and chargers that come with low end guns are generally of low quality and should be replaced. I've seen those chargers fry batteries.

The generally accepted number for getting into airsoft is about $1,000. You can comfortably do it on about $600 though, if you pick up a used gun and gear and forgo things like a good tac vest (which is nice, but not necessary at first).

Honestly, a low budget and "good starter gun" don't go together. Cheap guns are generally NOT good starter guns. They don't perform that great, and they tend to break more often. If that's Ok with you, fine... just realise a broxa is a lot more likely to snap something in your first season of playing than a higher end brand.

Oh, and +1 to Sha do.

no 400 is not my whole starting budget just my gun budget lol
Id like to be able to buy a gun without having to buy batteries right
off tho
and I might add that technically Im not buying yet because I dont have money
at the moment, Im just basing the budget off my average makings at my summer job
namely Im going to not buy swords this year cause last year I bought 6 swords and a couple knifes, not to mention a DSLR camera which put me out a bit lol

You can probaby get away with the battery for a while.

However, you can spend $40 on a charger now, or $50 on a new battery and $40 on a new charger when the cheap one that comes with the gun cooks the battery.

You get what you pay for in this hobby.
