They're definitely not surplussing them yet.
They took back the one they issued me last summer even though it was supposed to be permanent issue. Bastards...

you can do that with the vest I make. They have the attachment points for the soft armour and the plate pockets for the SAPI plates....

As an update for those interested. Looks like I finally have my machine issue sorted out and will be making vests again in Arid and TW. Just waiting for some fabric and some other materials to come in and we will be back making some.

Thanks Chiba......was a big project and difficult to do as finding a DND issue vest to use to make the pattern from was extremely difficult.
