Notice the scope. That is not the QBU-88 standard issue scope. I heard the standard issue scope sucks and loses its zero. Maybe that's the next generation scope? Or a prototype/stopgap measure?

EDIT: Sorry Its a Beijing swat issued vest, also says swat on the front patch, but oddly enough if Chinese Special Forces.
