ascMART order problems...

I'm putting this post up in order to try to get some information. Not to point fingers or cause issues. I have gone through the proper channels with no response, this seems like the only other option.

I put in an order with ascMART almost two weeks ago. My current order status is "pending" and I had an EDD (Estimated Delivery Date?) of the 21st of September. I've sent ascMART several emails including all the asked for information with no reply.

Can I get a pm from someone running ascMART with information. The situation is verging on stupidity. I ordered from ascMART expecting top notch service, but thus far haven't received anything close to stellar. (Except for the part when they take your money, cause that was fast...)
