A shame... someone should get ASC in some papers. Show the rest of the country how a responsible, organized community can keep this sport safe, as opposed to just stories about kids getting shot or putting their eyes out or something.

I don't know why every other country in the world has a Federal Airsoft Association but we don't ! Charge like 5-10$ for every member and all the money goes to one lawyer who takes care of any public diffamation or cases against it's members. After a couple of years, you bet that lawyer will become a well known expert in the field and then finally we'd have someone with power and backing to get some decent airsoft laws in this stupid country of ours... + it would put pressure on the media to get their facts right before making a piece...
/end rant

Ahhh.... stupid newbies.
There's too much anti-gun sentiment in Canada that nothing will ever change. The soccer mom lobby is too large and powerful. All it takes is one lady with nothing better to do with their time between driving their kids to and from soccer. Whereas most of us either have jobs or are university students and don't have enough time to fight against someone who has all the time in the world.
