A Good Radio
Hey all, I'm just starting off into airsoft and I'm looking for a solid radio that I can purchase any advise or suggestions.

The best bang for the buck I've see so far is the Linton 6288 programmable UHF radio. Has awesome range, clear reception, takes 2-pin Kenwood type headsets, and has amazing battery life. They're usually about $80 shipped from ebay, and will come with an earpiece / microphone as well.

if you're just starting out, a radio is the last thing you need really, when you go to games as a noob they will pair you up with a more experienced player so you will not need to have a radio with you in the field.

In Country Viet nam guys all use the Puxing PX-77 and it is just as Crunch said about the Linton, almost identical, clear reception, great distance, use the Kenwood 2 Pin. About 65$ from Ebay.
