Question about AV status

So I was recently AV'd and am just waiting to have my status changed. The gun I want is currently on sale for this weekend only. Would it be possible for a retailer to confirm my age with a mod or staff member so I can take advantage of the sale?

The gun you want is on sale where? Seeing as you're not AVed, you can't see the classifieds or AV retailers section. If it's on sale at an American retailer, you won't be able to ship it here anyways. If you're talking about a Canadian retailer, talk to the admin. They're all here and probably would be willing to extend the price for you if you let them know about your AV status pending. Also, if this is a Canadian retailer, props to them for ensuring they're not selling to minors.

Sorry I'll try to make this more clear. I have been av'd but my status has not changed yet. The gun I want is in the US and on sale for Easter. I would like a retailer to get me said gun that is on sale. As they usually charge 2-3x times more an $80 discount x2 or 3 is actually significant. I was hopeing a retailer would be willing to confirm with a mod or staff member that I am infact an adult so I would be able to purchase said gun at the discounted price.

A retailer/importer won't be able to bring in that specific gun from that specific retailer. It doesn't work that way.
