be careful with some of the rechargeables that are unprotected cells. The rate them at 3.0V but when they come off the charger they can be 3.6V and will blow your bulb.

I heard that rechargable CR123 are crap.. get yourself a good deal for non-rechargable one. Also, I heard that most of the CR123 are made in the same factory and only the sticker on the battery changes.

Not true about the rechargeable either. There are many different types of recharable CR123 batteries. You can look for the protected cells which include circuitry that prevents over discharge. There's also 2 different chemistry of cells which are safe. They vent without explosions. One is LiFePO4, and the other is LiMN. Good dealer of rechargeables (he sells every variety). http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/sho...d.php?t=187951 And more flashlight battery information than you can shake a stick at: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...isplay.php?f=9

I blew up my P 60 Bulb and MN20 bulb for my M4 Devastator. $15 rechargable batteries ruining $25-$35 + shipping bulb! Go figure!
