Ebaybanned problem

Ebaybanned problem

Has anyone had problems with ebaybanned before? I ordered a flashlight and 5 pmags and on the same day they sent my a tracking number. However when i input the tracking number in Hongkongpost, it says that i need an enquiry number. I asked Jesse what was the problem but always responds with you can check it later. After a week i ask again how and why i can't track my item. I still receive an email with "you can check it two days later". This is a little fishy if you ask me.

For my last 3 orders from them I've had to start a Paypal dispute before they even SHIPPED my orders. My orders got shipped and I got a tracking number within a few hours. Strange how that works. You might want to try that.

Next time I order from them (If I ever order from them again, which is questionable), I'm thinking about just starting a dispute right after I order, since it saves time (1 to 2 weeks of waiting with nothing happening).

same thing happens everytime i ordered from ebaybanned but i usually receive the package within 2 weeks
maybe there tracking system is crap

Always had problem with EB. Missing/wrong parts. Sometime Paul correct the problem but, when you need something within a certain timeline... don't go with EB.

I had this problem, all I did was input the tracking number into the Canada Post website and it worked...

I've never had a problem with them. My items have always been shipped promptly, and I often receive them within a week of ordering. That's just my experience with them, but others have not been so lucky, it seems.

I just got an order from them just now that I ordered on September 4th. I never received an email with a tracking number or anything.

Ive personally never ordered from them, and frankly Im afraid to. From all the things I hear about terrible coms and slow shipping, I have to say that the hassle would not be worth saving a few bucks. Ive never really had good or great experiences with ordering from any chinese company except for airsoft global and the majority of the time I just do my order with them over the phone and use my CC and Im done and the order is at my door 2 days later max.

Spartan, you get that message on the HK post site if the item has been mailed recently, give it a day or two or as someone said, try it on the canadapost site and it should be fine.

never had any problems with these guys, they even gave me a partial refund (credit towards another item) because one of their item descriptions was incorrect, would always recommend paul and his site, A1!

it doesn't work with canadapost. It's got two cap. letters at the front and end. Between those are numbers.(ex: RA*********HK)

Just because a few people have had problems doesn't mean anyone should be afraid to order from them. I've ordered tons of stuff from them and never had a problem. I would imagine that the vast majority of their orders go off without a hitch. Waiting two to three weeks for items shipped from overseas isn't unreasonable in my opinion. Most of the time my items have arrived within two weeks. Never received a tracking number for any of them. Never asked for one . Every item I have ordered I have received.

That's a valid format for a tracking number in the Canad Post system. Seems like you are having an issue with your order.

I did. I typed in the number but then it asked for a Enquiry reference number. I don't even know what that is..
