GBB can not fire anymore than 8 rounds

So just got my HFC M199 today, the semi version.

fired off a few rounds to see what its like on propane, and no matter how full I fill the gas, it will only fire 8 shots before the gas runs out entirely.

its my first GBB(yes, surprisingly), so I have no idea whether this is a mag problem or the gun's problem.

if anyone can enlighten me, that'd be nice

thanks!

I'm assuming you're not an idiot but I have to ask anyway:

How are you filling it? How long? Etc?
Any leaks? measured the FPS of your shots at all?

I fill it for 6 seconds, filling it like I filled all my other NBBs.

I put my ear beside the bottom of the mag and I dont hear any leaks going on.

FPS is at 270FPS, and by the 4th shot its around 250FPS, then 230, 220, 200, 150 ish., and then it doesnt fire anymore

Very weird. Maybe there's something wrong with the fill valve, so not enough gas is getting in.

it fires fine now.

seems like there's some kind of break-in period with these things? every single time I finished the gas, refill, and did it again, it could shoot 8~ish more times. Now it can fire 2 full mags, pretty awesome.

thanks

Hfc pistols have a stupidly high lemon rate. Especially with there mags. I have worked on 4 i think so far. Most were fixed with a new mag.
