The propscam order was with Tokyo Hobby (now called Tokyo Central Hobby; http://www.tokyohobby.net/) owned by Miki Nakamura - I know, I was part of it. IIRC, Miki also owns http://www.wwiiguns.com/ and http://renegaderecon.com/, so stay the heck away from those, too.

If you are looking for cheap HK retailers, try WGC, UNCompany, or Redwolf - I've used all of them in the recent past and they've been good to me. You can find links at the top of the page under "international retailers". I've also had good experiences with http://rsov.com/ recently.
