Terrible mags. Mine never fed well, but I haven't had any over a year.
Some of the guys who do still have them say they started to feed well after several thousand rounds went through them and a few years of use. You can tear them down and sand down the feed track a bit to improve things, but maybe they are better nowadays.

hmm, I see that they are very horrible.
Which midcaps are the best? and preferably metal? thanks |

All the midcaps I've seen (metal 130rnd) use a double-stacked system. This is the problem.
Try a 100 round or less or stick to lowcaps as they'll use a single-stack feed system, which is the best system really.

Try MAG 100 round midcaps. They're not metal though. You can also try King Arms 68 round metal mags. Excellent mags, but only 68 rounds, which you may not want.

I love my KA mags. No feeding issues that I have noticed.
Although carrying 18 mags can get a little heavy after a while.

In addition to this discussion, I've just come into posession of 10 KA 120 round plastic mags. A mag wasn't feeding right, and yes they are double stacked. So I dropped some silicone oil down the BB hole and loaded it up with BB's again. After that the mag fed perfectly. So double stacked mids just need a bit of lubrication.

nooooooooooooo. S Arms ftw. Seriously ftw. You dont even understand. They rock face.
S Arms M4 midcaps - 160 rnd, metal S Arms Mp5 Mid Caps - 150 rnd, metal und, the spring is square-shaped rather than spiral, Ive heard this means it is alright, or more alright to leave it loaded for long periods of time than the traditional springs, I do not know if this is true, however I do know that mag dissasembly is a snap, Ive never had to silicone mine and they feed just fine. Do not work well with Private Parts G36 Magwell conversion, but on my m4 theyre great. The spring may also be inserted after the two inner peices, the sides of the spring's track are connected. < dont have to bunch up the spring and be real careful putting the other side of the mag back on, you can assemble the mag and then insert the spring from a hole in the side, dont worry, the out metal shell of the mag covers this hole, not visible once fully assembled. Hope that was understandable. Yeah. S Arms. Rockin.

I have no idea dude, I'd never heard of them before, and they are pretty difficult to find. I know WGC carries them, dont know if in stock. But trust me, they are the uber bomb shit.

I actually have some G&P midcaps I bought a few years ago before the KA68-rounders were available. It's true that the doublestack mags can misfeed sometimes, but that's something most all midcaps suffer from. If you keep 'em well lubed and fill them up ~10-20 less than their full capacity, they're not that bad. It works for my mids, anyways, for what it's worth.
