Removing G36 Bipod?

I just got my G&P G36 Handguard, and it's got the Bipod attached to the end. Since there are no instructions and I couldn't find an answer with the almighty Google, I'm wondering if any of you fine people know if the Bipod can be removed from the Handguard, and if so, how I'd go about doing that.

Any and all help is appreciated!

on the bottom there should be a small clip that retains the bipod. You need to press that and pull the pin in the front.
