M4/M16 CMAG
I was wondering on which cmag is best. I have a choice between a "Hero Arms M4/M16 3000rd Electric Auto Winding C-Mag" and a "Guarder AIM S-Mag 2500rd High Capacity Mag for M4/M16 Series A.E.G". I don't know which has better feeding or better build quality so I really need airsoftcanada's help. Opinions and past experience is welcome. Thank for your help, opinion, and time for reading my post.

The magazine well on the 416 flares / funnels out a bit more than a standard M16 / M4 mag well. That may be why.

Neither. C-mags are kinda douche-y.

Some people dont like the look of them. Slapping a Cmag into any old M4 doesnt make it a LMG. It just makes it a an m4 with a cmag.

I've got a M16A3 and I thought it might've looked fine with a c-mag. I wasnt rly hoping it would automatically be an LMG. And the place I play in is a giant sand pit, so full size mags aren't rly the best for going prone in. So it's either buy some VN mags or a C-mag, and I thought this was a cheaper way to hold 2500-3000 rounds. @_@

its an M16 it was never meant to use a mag for that capacity or for that rate of fire on the real steal, that said you can get away with things in airsoft you cant in real steel. also just carry low caps! when i see Ar's like that i think one thing lack of skill so thier trying to make up for it by i wall of bb's!! i hate when i see a cmag or drum mag on an assult rifle, if you want that look get an lmg,Gpmg so you play the part

If you want an LMG, BUY an LMG, don't put more ammo on an M16 and expect it to hold up like a CA249.
And for the record you don't need alot of ammo to suppress or kill alot of targets. You just need range and accuracy. |

I am also aware of that, I mainly want a c-mag for team skirmishes and not for anything serious tourny wise.

I personally use a box mag for my m4, but I also use king arms vn mags (15), 8 mag mid caps.
I use a drum mag for my ak, but I also have 3 high caps and and 16 Star mid caps. I have a beta mag for my mp5, and also have 12 mid caps for it as well. I think that if you like beta mags, use one. they are fun but they get heavy. My motto is " The more mags the better."
