The airsoft term would be a "Nitro Rail".
http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper...6GR_srch_nitro Not sure what the real steel equivalent is called. |

Nitro more or less exclusively makes rail systems, and they seem to do a good job at it.
The one I linked is popular for fixing TM M4 barrel wobble, and the ones I've seen in person have been pretty well-made. |

That's perfect.
I'm looking for the best accuracy possible. I'm transforming my M4 into a sniper rifle. It'll take some cash-money and some time, but it'll happen. :P

Many rail systems come with that top rail integrated. The one in the pic is a CASV. Both real VLTOR ones and the clones have this rail fixed and it is not removable. Certain models of ARMS SIR come like that as well, but all have the option to remove that complete (or part of it) top rail to create a bi-level rail system.

If you just want that rail it is called SEBONE rail. Companies who makes that rail is CA, Freedom Art and Laylax.

That rail may not be the best way to go about that achieving that. If barrel wobble is your main concern, start with a one piece outer barrel. If you take it one step further and get a metal receiver, the whole thing will be rock solid. Don't know what kind of "sniper rifle" you're trying to make, but you might find something like a Free Floating RAS handguard set that comes with a barrel and everything. I used one for a long time in conjunction with a plastic receiver (a long ongoing project).
