Range of a GBB

I was just browsing A&A when I came across TM Colt1911 Gov GBB

The description says:

"demonstrating a range of close to 100 meters (300+ feet) - although you don't get much accuracy at that distance."

300 FEET?

Isn't that like the range of an M150? Is this true?

Well if you angle the gun up at 45 degrees, you MIGHT get that far on propane

This being said, almost all of the latest TM GBB's have excellent range on them, and I can easilly keep pace with any stock TM/CA AEG (Sadly has far superior range to my stock CA AUG A1 with it's 509mm barrel length)

Ya, I was wondering what that was all about...

So the GBB outranges your Stock CA? impressive

Lol... I don't think I'll do anything useful at 300 feet. But you won't go wrong if you get a TM 1911 - it shoots amazingly well stock! The one I bought from A&A shoots as well as my upgraded GBBs. I love this baby!

Go with WA if you want a 1911.
