problems with full auto fire in two new guns

hi,,

i have two new ca guns, a scar cqc and an slr105a1 steel,, neither will feed bbs in full auto,, i use tm, ca, and ka m4 mags (68rounds) for the scar and it fires well in sem i but will only feed the top 10 or so bbs in full auto,, for the slr i have only the highcap it came with,, it miss fires on semi and nevefeeds on full auto,, both guns cycle in full but not feed,, i couldnt seem to find this problem on searchs.

i thought ca was supposed to have better QC now, and that they good stuff, but this is crap.

anyways thanks in advance if someone can help, lykurgus.

bbs getting into the chamber? (if not, maybe mag springs are weak)
if they're getting in, hows the range, check to see if the nozzle is moving when you fire (fire with mag out)
Turn off hop.

Maybe crappy BBs. Tells us what kind you use. If they're moulded BBs from Crosman or similar, then you will have feed problems.

The odds of 2 totally dissimilar new guns having the same problem are so ridiculously long, either you're the unluckiest guy on earth (which means stay in your basement on a cloudy day lest lightning strike you) or it's all in what you're feeding these guns.

ive just got a couple of bags of .25 bbs from extreme tactics,, previously i was using .25 mts but ran out so i thought id try something else. ive read that tm and ka mags should work for this gun.

the scar fires fine on semi auto, on full it fires the first dozen or so and then dry fires,, ive read that tm and ka mags should work for this gun,, ill turn off the hop up and check the nozzle when i go out shooting tomorrow.

the slr 105 mostly fires dry, semi or full,, all i have for mags for the slr is the high cap it came with and ive been told high caps create that problem sometimes so i guess ill have to get some low caps to make sure.

thanks for the help, hopefully i can get this figured out, lykurgus.

well ive had some time to look them over and try your guys' suggestions,, the slr seems to shoot better when i wind the crap out of the highcap,, i have a med cap coming in the mail to test it better,, the nozzle sometimes covers the small feed tube,, and the rifle still missfires on full auto,, (f*#@&ing high cap).

the scar still doesnt shoot bbs on full auto and the nozzle seems to never end its cycle in the way of the feeding tube so who knows,, i guess its off to find a gun doc.

from all ive read CA is supposed to be making some excellent aegs but these two are kind of dissappointing,, i guess you either buy tm or buy other stuff knowing there will be somethings you have to get right before its fully functional.

anyways thanks for the input, and if anyone knows of a good gun doc in the eastern bc or alta area id love to hear about it, lykurgus.
