ICS AK74 Scope Mount & Cheap Red Dot

Hi,
I want to install a red dot on my ICS AK74M, but I can't find a scope mount for it. Can anyone help me with this? I found a mount on dentrinity that says it's compatible with the Marui AK47S. Will that work on my ICS?

Also, I want to purchase a red dot for under $60. Are there any suggestions?
I would like a open (not tubed) red dot, but heard that it suffers from problems with parallax. But is it good enough for an airsoft gun?

About 2/3rds of the way down that page, there is a side mount with a weaver rail on top. That will allow you to mount most common red dots.

You might want to check eBay for them too. They are dirt cheap there, and pop up quite often.
