2020 TM Glock 17 Gen 4
There are those times in my life when someone's said "don't buy it yet and wait for them to work out the bugs first" generally this pops up a red flag and it's considered.
The new TM Glock 17 Gen 4 is a beautiful copy at a true 1/1 scale. Rs tac lights fit great, rs holsters a plenty however, After owning two, brand new and not a month old both began chiseling away the slide outside of the slide stop in a completely brutal fashion. The first one went back to exchange for a brand plasticky smell new one and (I kid you not) NO BB's fired, dry fired probably five time (nervously), it did it all over again. Now I know most people say TM pistols, green gas, nuprol 2.0, puff Dino 12 "NO PROBLEM" well yes, there is a big problem. I've been around a while in this sport/hobby and I've had western arms pistols literally explode in my fist after a month of house bound shooting, TM guns depending on the model in stock form stand up well. It seems of late this is hit and miss. Glock 17's use a weaker internal system, 19's and up are beefier and have less inherent issues. What I can say is hang on to your receipt. My TM M9A1 can spew green gas and. 26's all day long, same with the HK45T, M&P9L a lot lighter build, HFC134A, my VFC Umarex, Dino 12 even red gas, it's hit and miss now so do your homework. I hope I saved someone out there a future headache.
