Bringing rail systems into Canada?
Im looking at buying an angry gun Mk16 m-lok rail, but I’m concerned about getting a rail across the border. Would there be any potential issues buying something like that from redwolf airsoft, or another retailer like that?

Just got myself a dytact rail from the UK and many other items over the years from those kind of stores. Even real steel parts from germany. You'll probably get duty fees but it will get through.

Rails, slings, gear, etc. Tends to be ok. Smg body pins, top covers, mag releases in some circumstances are possibly banned. Usually the website you're ordering from will state yae or nae regarding shipping to Canada. I ordered a surplus Afghan SA80 ris through eBay and got it without issue.
Don't sweat the small stuff yolo

If it’s an airsoft replica is fine. The only thing you’ll run into problems with would be lower receivers.
A real Mk16 rail would be ITAR, not a fake one. |

OK so ITAR restrictions will only be a practical issue when you're trying to buy something in the USA; for getting it from Redwolf etc. that's fine. Some of the "airsoft" supply places are now also selling name brand gear and parts due to the huge demand.
And re lower receivers the normal rule for import into Canada is that the part of the weapon that is serialized is restricted from import. Real or airsoft. For an M4 that's the lower. For a P90 that's the upper. For pistols for the most part it's the frame.

This is insightful, I wonder if certain retailers have better track records than others in terms of successful importation of airsoft parts? Excluding Prohibited pieces that is as mentioned above by others.
