Thy're also making 20 round G3 mags, but that's week-old news.

I love the look of 20-round mags in M16s. Great to see another option! Now all we need is MAG to start making midcaps in this style.

That's so kick ass.
Aren't these pretty well going to be the only actual 20 rnd vn's on the market?

+1 on that.
On another note, can anybody confirm that MAG and STAR are the same company? I've heard that rumour.

lol, your going to be changing really often. Its realistic but it could be a little annoying. For people that like it as realistic as possible its perfect.

Its funny how the mags look totally different when you compare the mags to the real thing I guess its lighting. But I think generally they are darker in real life

Last time I checked, realism was the hallmark of airsoft. Furthermore, last time I checked most AEGs have a selector switch with a position marked SEMI on it.

But 20 isn't even real - as only 16 of them are gonna load...

Why can't Star take this into account?

I checked the retailers, with no luck. Is anyone shipping these in for sale?

Nobody would actually load all 20 rounds into a real mag anyway, so it as is true to realism as you're going to get.

Maybe in Vietnam when your duty was to load 1000 magazines out of a pile of 20,000 loose rounds, and you lose count and forget if you loaded 20 or 21 cartridges (21 will fit into a 20-round mag and cause a jam). That practice ended when ammo started coming on stripper clips. Modern soldiers who intentionally underload their mags are either misinformed or superstitious.

We have guys here that use hicaps, but always bitch about real combat and how this and that are different, yet they go around with a 300 round mag on their M4 and call it milsim.

Locaps rule....
