TM HK45 Detonator Slide
To all those TM HK45 users out there!
I got a detonator slide and outer barrel for my TM hk45 and had some questions. I had no problems using it for quite some time, but these are keep bugging me. 1. The cylinder block and the slide have a little room between them. Is this normal?? If my memory serves me correctly there were basically no room between the cylinder block and the stock plastic slide. 2. The slide and the lower frame also has some room between them. Is this normal too?? If they are not, are there any ways to fix them?? Here are the pics: http://imgur.com/a/XdiRO |

Actual firearms have space between the frame and slide, so yes I'd say that's normal.

The space between the cylinder block and slide is normal. The screw holding in the BBU will prevent it from coming apart. Just make sure you have it on tight because it can wiggle loose. If it bothers you, you can get an aftermarket BBU but it shouldn't affect the functionality.
