Exclamation Help With my LOWWW Fps

Ok guys I got my fully upgraded ak-47 and the fps is shit and I can seem to get it any higher
I got a shs blue piston, shs piston head, shs cylinder head, stock cylinder, shs air nozzle
My fps with a m125 spring was 330, It should be a lot higher then that
I tested my air seal and theres not any leaks at all
The only place I think It could be leaking is the air nozzle not sealing with the stock hop up
What do you guys think ?

Having had a Kraken, they work great stock (till they dont) but throw any upgrades in there and you need to gut out the majority of the internals. The hop up sounds like it is not sealing with the nozzle.

Now, before you run out for a new hop up unit, also make sure that the hop up is not turned up too high

I will try it with less hop
but I am sure I chrono'ed it with no hop up on at all
heres my set up
shs piston(lightened), shs 16'1 gears, shs piston head, shs cylinder head, shs air nozzle, shs tapa plate, king arms 9mm gearbox, prometheus 455mm 6.03 tightbore barrel, New hop up bucking, Hair trigger mod, shooting 40 rounds a sec
My ak lasted a long time stock 12,000 rounds then the pot metal gears stripped then I started upgrading it

hm. weren't the aftermath mechbox shells 1mm longer than normal? Or is that old news?

Anyway, cycle the gun so the air nozzle is all the way forward, shine a light down the barrel, go in a dark room and see if any light's coming out around the air nozzle/hop rubber

theres no light coming but the nozzle is real loose in the hop up because if i take the nozzle out and put it in the hop up i can move it, and the barrel is real loose in the hop up

You may have a bad or dirty barrel. Give it a cleaning and see what happens.

I would choose a metal hop unit like a Lonex. The KA is plastic.

Check your spring. With Lonex M120 spring and 16:1 gears, short stroked swiss cheesed piston and gear, A1 motor and 11.1 Lipo, I was getting 32rps.

fouling is definitely possible, I've seen 80fps losses from barrel fouling
